Kowaca is the naughty little brother of Canoodle. If Canoodle is sophisticated and elegant, Kowaca is loud and brash. Launched in 2017 Kowaca has taken street food venues by storm with a fusion menu of American diner food with a Korean kick.
If you like your food down and dirty and dripping in filthy flavour Kowaca is the brand for you.
You will always find our famous Korean Sloppy Joe burger on the menu (along with our Happy Joe vegan version) as well as our Korean Fried Chicken with our secret recipe home-made chilli jam.
But look our for guest appearances of items such as our Korean Hotdog featuring our 100% beef bratwurst made especially for us by Native Breeds in Gloucester, our banana blossom vegan “fish & Chip” and Korean sticky pork tacos.
