It probably won’t come as a surprise that WAFL is our dessert brand but don’t expect to see the usual Belgian waffles. We serve Vietnamese pandan waffles featuring pandan extract to give the waffles a gorgeous green colour whilst also using coconut milk in place of dairy.
Because we also use a mix of rice, tapioca and wheat flour it’s also lighter on gluten than traditional Belgian waffles.
We keep our waffles simple, topping them with fresh fruits and cream dependent on what is in season, but we also like to have fun with specials such as British favourites like Eton mess, apple pie or lemon meringue.
Wafl is usually only available for private booking though so tell us what your favourite sweet indulgence is, and we’ll serve it up to you on a crispy, chewy slice of heaven.
